Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and scaling a B2B business with full P&L accountability.
• Track record of profitable growth in industrial technology or technical services.
• Experience building commercial organizations and growing service or recurring revenue streams.
• Strong financial acumen and translating strategy into measurable results.
• Experience leading teams across locations in international or matrix organizations.
• Industrial air filtration experience or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L: drive revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and overall performance.
• Accelerate growth: develop regional strategies, expand market opportunities, strengthen key relationships.
• Build commercial excellence: lead sales/service capabilities with a focus on customer value and long-term relationships.
• Optimize operations: improve performance via KPIs, forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent: lead and develop a geographically dispersed team with accountability culture.
