Job summary

Leviathanhospitality is opening an Italian restaurant in Miami Beach and seeks a General Manager to oversee operations, guest experience, and financial performance. This full-time, on-site role reports to operations leadership and ownership.

You will lead service flow, train staff, manage labor within budgets, control costs, and maintain menus, POS records, and performance reporting to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new Italian restaurant’s operations and guest experience on-site.
• Manage service flow and remain visible on the floor across meals.
• Train and coach staff; evaluate performance and enforce SOPs.
• Schedule staff within labor budgets and requirements.
• Control food and beverage costs, purchasing, inventories, and revenue initiatives.
• Maintain menus, POS records, invoices, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate repairs, safety, cleanliness, and HR communication.
