Job summary

Sant Ambroeus Miami Beach is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, uphold guest satisfaction, and protect the brand’s integrity. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Director of Operations & Ownership and requires a seasoned hospitality professional.

The GM will supervise dining room service, train staff, manage scheduling and compliance, and collaborate with pastry, culinary, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant across all shifts.
• Lead dining room service with guest-focused, personalized hospitality.
• Train and develop staff; ensure adherence to company standards and barista skills.
• Manage hiring trainings and new hire onboarding; monitor performance.
• Communicate issues to Director of Operations and ownership; implement solutions.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, and compliance with safety, health, and local regulations.
