Think Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for our vibrant Japanese restaurant and sushi bar in Miami Beach. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance while maintaining food quality and service standards.

Lead a team, hire and develop staff, manage budgets, analyze sales, and maintain compliance with health regulations. On-site role with potential for growth in a dynamic dining concept emphasizing authentic Asian cuisine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years restaurant management experience; Asian cuisine experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across dining room, kitchen, takeout, and delivery.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards meet expectations.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff; schedule shifts.
