Responsibilities

• Open and Close restaurant operations and ensure readiness for business.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and hold managers accountable for opening/closing checklists.
• Coach staff and provide consistent support to achieve business goals.
• Hire, promote, and discipline associates, promoting HMSHost as an employer of choice.
• Achieve compliance with brand standards, safety, and labor relations while managing P&L.
