HB Home Services, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead operations for the Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ locations. You will drive the daily performance, develop managers, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in operations leadership, strong financial acumen, and a hands-on, safety-focused leadership style to grow a multi-location service business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers and operational teams.
• Experience with P&L management and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across both locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and a consistent 5-star customer experience.
• Monitor P&L performance, revenue, expenses, and operating results.
• Establish and track operational goals and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.
• Partner with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehouse teams.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives and business growth.
