About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations and performance of our Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ locations. This is a key leadership role responsible for team development, customer experience, financial performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is comfortable managing managers, understanding financial results, solving problems, and driving accountability in a fast-paced service environment.
