Job summary

Nbutexas in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations across 3 restaurant concepts in a multi-concept environment. You will unite teams, standardize processes, and elevate guest experiences while driving financial performance.

The role requires at least 4+ years GM experience in upscale casual settings, with strong leadership, organization, and restaurant tech proficiency. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a general manager of an upscale casual concept.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, COGS, P&L, budgeting, and payroll
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop large, diverse teams
• Exceptional organization and project management skills
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and restaurant management systems
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 3 restaurant concepts, ensuring consistent leadership and standards
• Lead, train, and develop both management and hourly staff, with emphasis on cross-training and flexibility
• Analyze and compare performance metrics across all concepts, identifying and closing gaps
• Ensure all concepts adhere to company policies, budgets, scheduling guidelines, and service standards
• Actively manage guest experiences, resolve issues, gather feedback, and foster positive relationships
• Partner with culinary and marketing teams on menu development, events, and new initiatives
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirements
