Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work the line and lead from the front.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor and cost control.
• Proven ability to build, train, and retain a high-performing team.
• Organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Work side-by-side with your team on the line during prep and peak service times.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong, consistent staff.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory.
• Oversee P&L performance and drive profitability.
