Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in restaurant leadership, success in high-volume settings, strong P&L acumen, and a positive, results-driven mindset. The role includes travel for training and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a restaurant leadership position.
• Experience in a full-service upscale casual or fine dining environment.
• Proven track record in a higher volume restaurant with sales exceeding $4 million.
• Strong self-starter with a positive attitude and a people-first mentality.
• Experience owning a portion of P&L and speaking to the numbers of the business.
