Job summary

Wonder seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume shared-kitchen location, overseeing multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You will manage day-to-day operations, optimize labor and throughput, and drive excellence across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.

You will own the local P&L, shape KPI performance, mentor managers, and build strong partnerships with brand partners while upholding Wonder’s standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in ops-related sectors.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments.
• Progressive leadership with P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Comfortable managing hybrid workforces (employees and contracted staff).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet needs.
• Manage P&L and drive labor costs, food costs, and margins.
• Lead blended on-site workforce and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Represent Wonder with brand partners and stakeholders.
