Qualifications

• Experience with profit and loss accountability in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Hire and mentor staff while controlling the personnel budget.
• Track inventory and manage equipment and fleet for reliability.
• Ensure customers receive high levels of service and care.
• Monitor fuel receipts and cash handling; maintain a safe site.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
