Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service with financial results responsibility
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with standard business software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean, well-maintained equipment
• Perform profit/loss analyses and drive center profitability
• Hire and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Track and itemize inventory and manage the personnel budget
• Ensure customers receive high quality care and a safe environment
• Lead ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University
