The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for Colletta & Resort Restaurant Operations at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Colorado. You will lead Colletta, a premier Italian dining destination, guiding guest experiences and outcomes alongside the resort's Food & Beverage leadership team.

You will shape dining excellence across thousands of guests annually, while partnering with culinary and resort leadership to maintain quality, safety, and service standards in a luxury

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Coach managers and foster a highly engaged team.
Collaborate with resort leadership to deliver outstanding food quality, service, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Drive guest satisfaction by active presence, resolving concerns and leveraging feedback to improve dining experiences.
Own the restaurant's financial success by managing budgets, forecasting, labor, inventory, and cost controls.
