Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Colorado, joining the resort's Food & Beverage leadership team to shape guest experience and drive results.

You will lead a talented team, collaborate with culinary and resort leadership, manage budgets, forecasts, labor, and costs, and deliver consistent excellence in service and food quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale, luxury, or high-volume restaurants.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, guest service, and financial performance.
• Ability to lead and develop managers and teams.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and standards for Colletta, delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Lead and coach managers, building accountability and a strong culture.
• Partner with culinary and resort leadership to ensure consistent food quality, service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor guest experience and use feedback and data to drive improvements.
• Own financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor, inventory, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with resort on events, marketing, and property-wide F&B priorities.

Colletta is looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead our award-winning Italian restaurant at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa . This is more than a restaurant leadership role—you'll have a seat at the table as part of the resort's Food & Beverage leadership team, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and hotel leadership to shape the guest experience and drive results.

You'll lead a talented team, influence the direction of a growing dining operation, and help define what exceptional hospitality looks like at a premier Colorado mountain resort. Duties Include:

• Set the vision and operational standards for Colletta, creating an environment where exceptional service and hospitality are the expectation.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members while building accountability, engagement, and a strong culture.
• Partner with culinary and resort leadership to deliver consistent excellence in food quality, service, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Stay connected to the guest experience, using feedback, trends, and performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Own financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, inventory, cost controls, and key business metrics.
• Build strong partnerships across the resort and collaborate on events, marketing initiatives, and property-wide Food & Beverage priorities.

$85,000 / year +, DOE,plus annual bonus potential

They bring 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale, luxury, or high-volume restaurants, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, guest service, and financial performance. Successful candidates will have experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor and cost controls, leading teams, and driving results in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Hotel Food & Beverage leadership experience and experience managing multi-million-dollar restaurant operations are strongly preferred.
