As GM you will drive results across all departments, ensure 5-star guest experiences, and build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of management experience in pet care, hospitality, retail or similar.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L, labor, operations and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability and develop talent.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Sales-minded focus with growth and results.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and resort team members.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Drive 5-star guest experiences and growth in enrollment and revenue.
• Build partnerships with veterinarians, groomers and pet-related businesses.
• Own P&L and monitor KPIs, budgeting and cost controls.
