Job summary

Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, NY, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and shape a premier dining destination. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development under the Delaware North umbrella, with relocation assistance for the right candidate.

The role requires a strong hospitality leadership background, expertise in budgets and labor costs, and the ability to mentor a growing team while delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as General Manager in a full‑service restaurant with similar volume and standard of service.
• Strong wine and bar knowledge; sommelier certification valued but not mandatory.
• Certifications such as ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with P&L, budgets, and labor cost management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Review financial and performance data to drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, scheduling, budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and P&L accounting.
• Establish standard operating procedures for front-of-house supervision.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on SOPs for food handling and storage.
