Job summary

Hundredfold American Bistro in Elmont, NY, part of Delaware North’s Patina Group, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a newly built team and deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

The GM will own P&L, labor, budgets, and operating expenses, and will mentor staff while collaborating with the Executive Chef on front- and back-of-house SOPs.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate; a competitive base salary plus an annual bonus plan is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong wine and bar knowledge; sommelier cert valued but not mandatory.
• ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with P&L monitoring, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Review financial and performance data to drive productivity and cost savings.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, payroll, deposits, inventories, and P&L accounting.
• Establish standard operating procedures for front-of-house supervision.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on SOPs for food handling and storage.
