Delaware North at Truist Park is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Hundredfold, an American Brasserie at The Battery Atlanta. You will oversee day-to-day operations, focus on guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance with a strong team.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years as GM in high-volume hospitality, deep wine knowledge, and the ability to train and develop a new team. Flexible hours and leadership excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as General Manager in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or similar venue.
• Strong wine and bar knowledge; sommelier certification valued but not mandatory.
• ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and cost control for a hospitality operation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and online/digital reservation systems.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Review financial and performance data to identify productivity gains and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, payroll, cash handling, inventories, purchasing, payables/receivables, and P&L accounting.
• Establish standard operating procedures for supervising all front-of-the-house staff.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on SOPs for front and back of the house including food handling and safety.
