Job summary

Patina Group, operated by Delaware North, seeks an experienced General Manager for Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, NY. The role centers on leading day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality leadership, with proven ability to manage Budgets, labor, and P&L while mentoring a developing team. Relocation assistance may be available for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong wine and bar knowledge; sommelier certification valued.
• Experience with P&L, budgets and cost controls.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Review financial data to measure productivity and identify cost improvements.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, sales and labor tracking, cash handling, and AP/AR.
• Establish SOPs for supervising front-of-the-house staff.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on FOH/BOH SOPs, food safety, and storage.
