Border Foods LLC in Scottsbluff, NE is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and live our CORE values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment.

The GM will drive guest satisfaction, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and create opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Top pay and bonus potential accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position with minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.
• Lead scheduling, labor management, and performance monitoring to ensure standards are met.
• Drive fast, friendly service and a quality guest experience.
• Maintain health, safety, and POS system integrity, including price/menu updates.
• Manage profitability by interpreting P&L and implementing appropriate financial adjustments.
