Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager in Spearfish, SD to lead the restaurant’s operations and drive a high-performing, guest-focused team. You will ensure safe, welcoming environments and deliver great food and service while upholding Border Foods core values.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail, P&L oversight, and proven hiring/training success, with flexibility to work varied hours. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; 50 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Deliver great food and friendly guest experiences.
• Coach shifts and hold team members accountable for standards and execution.
