Job summary

Go Greek Yogurt is seeking a General Manager to own all aspects of store performance, including sales growth, profitability, and operational execution. You will lead daily operations, set high standards through example, and develop a high-performing team while upholding brand standards and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, loyalty to quality, and driving growth through in-store execution, promotions, and local marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food/beverage or retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Full-time role requires 8 hours a day, five-day workweek.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including opening/closing and shift management.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality frozen yogurt, toppings and guest experiences.
• Oversee food preparation and production, maintaining freshness, quality and portion standards.
• Manage meal periods to ensure smooth service while meeting staffing and operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, enforcing health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor and maintain store equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Own full employment lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, development, performance management and separations.
• Coach and develop team members and shift leaders to build a high-performing team.
• Lead by example as hands-on operator and support other roles as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels through scheduling and cross-training.
• Recognize and reinforce positive behaviors and address performance issues.
