Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and oversee operations across GM and Food departments. You will lead a team of experts in merchandise, pricing, and fulfillment, ensuring a guest-obsessed experience from stock to checkout.

You will recruit and coach hourly team members and leaders, develop workload plans, and ensure food safety and compliance while delivering on store goals and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Manage GM backroom and sales floor areas, including pricing and signing.
