In this role, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, focusing on operational efficiency and team leadership. Applicants should have at least two years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a QSR.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Assist the GM in managing operational controls including labor and inventory.
• Lead and support Shift Supervisors and restaurant team members.
• Ensure operational readiness during shifts.
• Promote a guest-first culture and address guest concerns.
