Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our Georgia restaurants. This hands-on leader will own performance, develop talent, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive strong operational and financial results.

The GM will oversee all daily operations, ensure food safety, manage labor and costs, and build a high-performing team. Strong leadership and a track record in fast-casual settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development capabilities.
• Ability to manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and profitability.
• Proven track record in maintaining food safety and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable the restaurant management team and team members.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain a strong restaurant team.
• Build a positive, respectful, and accountable restaurant culture.
• Ensure fast, friendly, accurate service and genuine hospitality for guests.
• Maintain Freddy’s standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Develop and manage employee schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs.
• Analyze restaurant performance metrics and drive improvement plans.
• Drive sales growth and opportunities to increase guest traffic.
