Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in the United States is seeking a General Manager (Restaurant Operations) to lead all facets of store performance. You will drive a high-performing team, manage daily operations across quality, service, and speed, and ensure financial results align with company targets.

The GM will forecast sales, develop managers, and maintain safety and operational standards across all dayparts. Strong leadership and guest-focus are essential.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience required.
• Experience in QSR or fast-casual preferred.
• Knowledge of POS, BOH systems, inventory, and reporting tools.
• Experience with cash handling and deposits.
• Proficiency in email, scheduling, and basic computer tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ServSafe Certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
