You will report to the District Manager and oversee 25–40 team members, ensuring execution across all dayparts and a culture of professionalism.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience required.
• Experience in QSR or fast-casual preferred.
• Knowledge of POS, BOH systems, inventory and reporting tools.
• Experience with cash handling and deposits.
• Proficiency in email, scheduling and basic computer tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ServSafe Certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
