Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Durant, OK is seeking a General Manager who leads with hospitality, builds culture and drives sales. You’ll mentor the team, ensure quality, manage operations and uphold GPS standards, while acting as brand ambassador.

The role emphasizes budgeting, labor control, guest recovery, and smart execution. You’ll work long hours including evenings/weekends, develop staff, pass audits, and pursue growth within a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a restaurant management or shift‑lead role in full‑service, casual dining or quick‑service settings.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets and POS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team & Build Culture – Model Freddy’s values, recruit and develop a high‑performing team.
• Drive Results & Manage Operations – Meet sales and profit goals; manage labor, inventory and guest experience.
• Develop the Team – Train staff and execute line and manager duties on the floor.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain GPS standards; pass audits and uphold brand directives.
• Financial Oversight – Monitor budgets; control prime costs and manage supplies and waste.
• Guest Focus & Recovery – Address complaints to recover loyalty and enhance service.
• Adapt & Execute – Handle fast‑paced situations; stay adaptable and work additional hours as needed.
• Performance Metrics & Expectations – Work 45+ hours weekly; meet KPIs and report progress.
