Donatos Pizza is seeking a General Manager in Columbus, OH to lead people development, operations excellence, and guest experience. You will coach the restaurant team, manage onboarding, and drive hospitality while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The GM will monitor staffing, control costs, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and mission alignment. This role requires leadership and a track record in restaurant management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Level 2 ServSafe certification.
• External – 1 year in a similar role preferred; Internal – 6 months Donatos experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop people and coach the restaurant team to achieve restaurant and personal development goals.
• Lead operations to maximize hospitality, cash handling, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profit growth while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Ensure staffing levels, onboarding, and training align with Mission & Promise.
• Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
