Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest franchise owner of Marco’s Pizzas in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead and develop people, drive sales, maintain product quality and service standards, and manage costs for a Marco’s Pizza location. The role requires relocation as a key driver of our expansion strategy and running operations with a strong emphasis on team development.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and action plans to improve the business.
