Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead daily operations at our Roanoke/Lynchburg locations. You will manage staff, control cash and inventory, and drive sales while maintaining outstanding service standards.

As a GM, you will model leadership, oversee training, and ensure health and safety compliance. Flexible scheduling and a fast-paced, family-friendly environment are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and operations at multiple locations in Roanoke and Lynchburg.
• Manage cash, inventory, and equipment controls.
• Lead team to achieve service excellence and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness to company and health department standards.
• Recruit, interview, and staff appropriately.
• Provide training and administrative support to employees.
