Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a single location, driving performance, culture, and efficiency. You will lead a team, ensure safety standards, manage finances, and foster a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

The role reports to the Area Director and offers base salary from $50,000 to $55,000 plus potential bonuses up to $17,500. Flexibility in hours and a path for advancement are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Provide safe, clean, and 5-star customer experiences.
• Oversee staff development, safety, and policy compliance.
• Manage payroll tasks and employee performance.
• Utilize KPI tools and BI dashboards to monitor membership revenue and retention.
