Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Katy, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and develop a high-performing team at our location. This hands-on leader reports to the Area Director and ensures safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees with hiring, training and scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff at the location.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture and drive service excellence.
• Coach and develop 8–12 team members and manage performance.
• Drive revenue growth and manage controllable costs with guidance from leadership.
• Uphold safety, policies, and standards across all site operations.
