The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500, reflecting leadership responsibilities and company growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; leadership and management experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or fast-paced environments, supervisory responsibility for 8–12 staff.
• Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; manage performance and retention.
• Create schedules, ensure store cleanliness, and enforce policies and safety protocols.
• Utilize KPI tools to grow memberships and reduce costs with Area Director support.
• Handle payroll tasks and ensure accurate, compliant HR processes.
