Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager in Edmond to lead the center, deliver the 45‑minute curriculum to crawling–11‑year‑old kids, and build a strong, capable team. You’ll own operations, culture, and the member experience, reporting to the Regional Manager.

In this role you’ll recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and partner with HQ on program rollouts. This is a high‑energy leadership position with evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with kids.
• High energy and strong presence to lead a room of kids, parents, and coaches.
• Athletic or coaching background with kids aged crawling to 11.
• Proven leadership or management experience delivering results.
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
• Availability including evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and able to move equipment up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in dynamic 45-minute classes.
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session.
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families before, during, and after class.
• Achieve and maintain Coach Certification through HQ Training & Certification.
• Know and communicate the curriculum's why to families and your team.
• Set the culture, model it, and lead a high-performing coaching team.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and hold accountable staff.
• Manage center scheduling and payroll with adherence to policies.
• Drive membership growth and hit sales/operational targets.
