Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant and ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members across all positions
• Motivate and coach teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through local marketing and operational excellence
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Build a positive team culture aligned with Popeyes values
