Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or AGM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on food quality, guest service and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop top talent across all team positions.
• Coach and motivate teams to meet goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and overall financial performance.
