Popeyes in the United States is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences, quality, and safety. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, manage inventory and financial performance, and drive local marketing to grow sales while upholding Popeyes standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and business acumen, with a hands-on approach to payroll, scheduling, and team development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture reflecting Popeyes values.
