Surcheros is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, culture, and performance. You will develop leaders, coach teams, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding Fresh Core Values.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, staffing, food safety compliance, and financial performance. Opportunity to influence local community engagement and drive growth in a fast-paced Tex-Mex brand.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience (Fast Casual or Quick Service preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft Office.
