Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, uphold CORE values, and build a strong, high-performing team. You will drive excellent guest experiences, manage P&L and staffing, and ensure compliant, safe, and profitable store performance.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential for top-tier bonus opportunities and industry-leading pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
• exempt management position requiring at least 50 hours per week
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a strong, capable team to deliver great food and friendly service

• Drive fast, friendly service and a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Manage scheduling and deployment of the team to meet business needs
