Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building and P&L statements.
• Proven track record of hiring and training staff.
• ServeSafe certification is preferred.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
