You will hire and develop Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the right team is in place to drive the business forward in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with high-volume quick service or hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• General Manager runs a profitable restaurant and ensures Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals and coaching for improvement.
• Experience in high-volume quick service or hospitality/retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate restaurants.
