McDonald’s in Michigan seeks a General Manager to run a profitable, high-volume restaurant within a franchisee-owned operation. You will lead Department and Shift Managers, drive performance, and ensure the team delivers McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in quick service or hospitality/retail, are 18+, and will coach staff, manage goals, and foster a culture of excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• General Manager must run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, and provides coaching and direction to improve Departments.
• Experience in high-volume quick service or hospitality/retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Department and Shift Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Set restaurant goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Hire, develop, and coach management staff for future leadership.
• Ensure operations align with standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
