Job summary

McDonald’s operates a restaurant owned by an independent franchisee. The General Manager will oversee a high-volume location, drive profitability, and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, and provide coaching to ensure strong performance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick service and hospitality or retail, and you must be 18 or older to manage in these environments.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, follow up, and coach to improve departments.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
