McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a corporate-owned restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. This role is responsible for running a profitable operation while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You will lead a team of Department Managers, coach staff, and may be involved in hiring to build a strong leadership pipeline. The ideal candidate has prior General Manager experience in high-volume settings and a background in quick service,

Qualifications

• General Manager responsibilities include running a profitable restaurant and maintaining McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals, monitoring progress and providing coaching.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure leadership across the restaurant.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
