• Leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, coach, and drive performance.
• Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, provide coaching and direction.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.
• Ensure customer standards and restaurant goals are achieved through effective leadership.
