Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high food quality, guest service and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to hit goals and guest experience targets.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.

• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
