Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work five days per week with 4 closing shifts or 4-day workweek with irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew, carhops and team members.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet operational standards.
• Executes opening/closing duties and staffing schedules.
• Maintains inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Handles payroll records and personnel files.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable financial trends.
• Implements marketing plans to drive sales.
