Taziki's Café is hiring for a store management role in Nashville. You will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, drive profitability through P&L management, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, ensuring food safety, and maintaining standards while developing staff and optimizing costs. This is a full-time leadership position with a focus on growth and strong guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 3+ years of upper management experience.
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recruit, train, retain and motivate employees.
• Basic computer literacy and Google Suite familiarity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Food Manager’s certification to be obtained after starting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store’s P&L and set cost-target goals.
• Write weekly staff schedules to manage labor costs.
• Set shift tone and provide clear directions to staff.
• Mentor staff and manage training and evaluations.
• Be a Food Safety authority and uphold standards.
• Master menu knowledge and product details.
• Prepare catering orders with the team.
• Support or cover kitchen stations when needed.
• Order products, supplies, and produce.
• Screen, interview, and onboard hourly staff.
• Handle cash and payments properly.
• Maintain Health Department standards throughout shifts.
• Follow alcohol handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage.
• Maintain hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
